Connect your own Gmail or Outlook. There's nothing to forward, copy or paste.

  1. Your name, top right
  2. Email and calendar
  3. Connect Google

Or Connect Microsoft. Then pick Track emails, Sync calendar, or both.

How it works

  • Track emails: emails between you and people in Ordo land on their timeline, and on their company's and deal's.
  • Only customers: emails with anyone not in Ordo aren't logged.
  • Sync calendar: meetings planned in Ordo appear in Google Calendar or Outlook. Move one in either and it moves in both.
  • Your inbox stays yours: you write and reply in Gmail or Outlook, as always.

Good to know

Each rep connects their own account. Turn either switch off, or Disconnect, any time; what was logged stays.
