For a whole CRM at once: Settings → Backup & import → Import a workbook.

How it works

Choose a file: Excel, CSV, or an export from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Outlook or Google Contacts.
Match columns: by what they're called and what's in them.
Check: runs the real import and undoes it, so you see exactly what will happen.
Done: with Undo, and the skipped rows with why, to fix and import again.
Export: the same ⬇ menu exports exactly what your filters show, as Excel or CSV.

Good to know

Records that already exist only get their empty fields filled, unless you choose the file's values.
