For manufacturers and distributors

A CRM for manufacturers and distributors

Ordo is a sales CRM for companies that sell products to other businesses: brand owners, factories, system integrators, distributors and installers. It sorts each customer by type and tier, follows each won deal's payments, works in many currencies, and speaks English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.

Built for how product companies sell

Sorting customers by what they are is built in. Turn it on in Settings → Extras, or switch it off if you don't need it.

  • Company types: brand owner, factory (ODM), system integrator, distributor, small reseller and installer, plus your own
  • A tier from 1 to 3 on each company, in the list and on its page
  • Payment plans on won deals: a deposit, a payment after testing, one on delivery; late payments show on Today's tasks
  • Deals in many currencies, with dashboards in the one you choose
  • A light on every company: red when nobody has been in touch for 30 days

For teams across countries

Each person picks their own language: English, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) or Simplified Chinese (mainland China), with the words salespeople use there. A sales team in Taipei and one in Shenzhen use the same Ordo.

Yes. It's made for B2B teams that sell products to other businesses, with company types from brand owner to installer, tiers, payment plans and many currencies.

Can I add my own company types?

Yes. The built-in types are brand owner, factory (ODM), system integrator, distributor, and small reseller and installer. An admin can add your own.

Does Ordo follow payments after a deal is won?

Can it handle deals in different currencies?

Yes. Each deal keeps its own currency, and dashboards can show everything in the one you choose.
