Try it
In Ordo
- Companies
- Click a red light
A small window shows why: for example no contact for 34 days, or a task that is late. Click Dismiss if you don't need it now.
How it works
- Green: someone was in touch recently, and nothing is late.
- Amber: nobody was in touch for 14 days, or a meeting or task with this company is overdue.
- Red: nobody was in touch for 30 days.
- Needs attention: a button that shows only the red and amber companies. The Cards view puts them first too.
- Logos: Ordo shows the company's logo from its website. Without a website, it shows the company's initials.
The company page
- At a glance: money won in total, this month, this quarter and this year, the open pipeline, the last activity, and a chart of the last 12 months.
- Contact details: country, number of employees, website, address, main phone, general email and a short summary. Company research fills them in from the website.
- People: everyone at the company. The star marks the main contact.
- Deals: every deal with this company.
- Timeline: everything that happened with this company, its people and its deals. Timeline
Status
- Prospect: you are trying to sell to them.
- Customer: they bought from you. A company becomes a Customer when you win its first deal.
- Inactive: a customer with no deals and no contact for a long time. An admin can turn this change on in Rules.
Company types and tiers
Some teams sort companies by what they are: brand owner, factory (ODM), system integrator, distributor, or small reseller and installer. Each type has a tier from 1 to 3. The tier shows on the company page and in the list. An admin can turn types and tiers on or off in Settings → Extras.
Good to know
- An admin can change the 14 and 30 days in Settings → Rules.
- An email with someone at the company counts as contact.
- A rep sees the companies they own. A rep can still open the company of their own deal or person.

Yes. Only the name is required.
