How it works

  • Only what you can see: a rep gets answers about their own records. A manager gets answers about their team's records. An admin gets answers about everything.
  • Sources: every answer has links to the records it used.
  • You decide: the AI can add a task, write a summary or move a deal to another stage. It does this only after you say yes.
  • Speak: press the microphone and ask out loud. Ordo can read the answer aloud too.
  • Saved chats and looks: your last 5 chats are in the menu, so you can continue later. The AI's face can be Ordo, Orb, Spark or Pip. The look doesn't change the answers.

Good to know

  • It answers in your language: English, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese.
  • On-site, Ordo can use your company's own AI.

Questions

What can I ask Ordo AI?

Anything about your work in Ordo: deals, companies, people, meetings, tasks and payments. For example "Who haven't I contacted in 2 weeks?"

Can the AI see other reps' deals?

Only if you can. The AI sees exactly what you are allowed to see.

Is Ordo AI included in every plan?

It is in the Cloud plan with AI ($20 per user a month). On-site can use your company's own AI.
