Set up Ordo once for your team. Then choose your own language and display.

In short
  • Settings is in the order a new admin needs it.

Where: Settings, and your name → My account

Admins see all of Settings. Managers and reps see the parts that are theirs, for example Import, Language and Display size.

Off hides it for everyone. Nothing is deleted. Turn it back on, and everything is back.

How it works

  • Your team: Users, Sales pipelines, Currency, Extras and Rules.
  • Your data: Backup & import, Email logging (On-site) and Change history.
  • Company: Plan and billing.
  • For you: Language and Display size. They are also in My account.

Extras

Some teams need these, and some don't. An admin turns each one on or off for everyone.

  • Company types and tiers: sort companies by what they are, and rank them Tier 1, 2 or 3. Company types
  • Payment plans: how customers pay after you win a deal. Payments

Language

Ordo is in English, 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese, Taiwan) and 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese, mainland China). It uses the words salespeople use there. Each person chooses their language in My account. It follows you on any computer.

Display size and dark mode

  • Display size: Small fits more on the screen. Medium is made for your screen. Large is easier to read. Each computer keeps its own choice.
  • Dark mode: Ordo follows your computer's setting. Click the sun or the moon at the top to change it.

Good to know

  • What's yours alone is in My account: Email & calendar, Password, Language and Display size. Click your name at the top right.

Questions

Is Ordo available in Chinese?

Yes, in Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) and Simplified Chinese (mainland China). Each person chooses their language in My account.

Does Ordo have a dark mode?

Yes. It follows your computer, or you click the sun or the moon at the top.

Can I hide features my team doesn't use?

Yes. An admin turns off Company types and tiers or Payment plans in Settings → Extras. Nothing is deleted.
