In Ordo
- Today's tasks
- + Task
- Company
- Subject
- Today
Click Save. You stay on the page. The task shows in My work.
How it works
- The form: first the company, then the subject and the day. For a meeting, choose the time, who it is with and the deal.
- Urgent: a tick box. Urgent items go to the top.
- Length: a meeting is 30 minutes unless you choose another length, from 15 minutes to half a day.
- Online or in person: online meetings get the AI call assistant.
Open a meeting or task
Click it anywhere. It opens in a panel on the side, from top to bottom:
- Where it stands: for example "In 2 days", "Due today", "Overdue 3 days" or "Done".
- The facts: the company, the deal, who it is with and the owner.
- Mark done or Mark held: Ordo asks what happened. Your answer goes on the deal's timeline. You can skip it.
- Tomorrow or Reschedule: move it to another day.
- Notes: click to write. They save by themselves.
Behind ⋯ are Full page, Cancel and Delete. A cancelled meeting stays on record as cancelled.
Good to know
- A meeting you log after it happened is saved as done. So it never shows as late.
- On the full page, a task shows its deal or company, what else is open there, and the last 3 things on its timeline.
